Cancellation Policy

All section reservations require completion of our secure intake form including your full name, date of birth, signature, and a clear upload of your government-issued ID. Bookings are confirmed only after all required information is submitted. You must be 21 years of age or older to book or use a section. The name and birthdate you enter must match the ID you upload. You must also bring the same exact ID when arriving for your section. If your information does not match, or your ID is unreadable, expired, damaged, or does not belong to you, your reservation will be canceled with no refund. All section bookings are 100% non-refundable. This includes cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, incorrect or falsified information, ID mismatches, failure to meet age requirements, or failure to complete any required forms. Once a section is booked, it cannot be canceled, transferred, or refunded for any reason. Guests must arrive on time, follow venue rules, and verify their identity before entering their reserved section. The business reserves the right to deny entry or cancel a reservation at any time for policy violations, without refund. Your information is protected as Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Your ID, birthdate, and signature are stored securely, used only for age and identity verification, and accessed only by authorized personnel. We do not share, sell, or distribute your information. By submitting your intake form and providing your typed or digitally drawn signature, you confirm that all information is accurate and agree to all booking, age verification, ID, and refund policies. Your signature serves as a legally binding agreement to these terms. Booking a section signifies full acceptance of these policies.
